Abstract
Compositions pharmaceutiques synergiques pour le traitement des troubles du foie comportant un ortho-phosphate de 5-aminoimidazole-4-carboxamide (phosphate AICA) à titre d'ingrédient actif et en association avec une ou plusieurs vitamines, de préférence la vitamine B et/ou la vitamine E, facultativement avec un ou plusieurs autres excépients pharmaceutiques. La composition est adéquate au traitement de la stéatose hépatique et autres affections du foie y compris les cirrhoses et les hépatites.
