Abstract

Nouveaux dérivés 2',4'-difluoro-4-hydroxy-(1,1'-diphényl)-3-carboxyliques de la N-acétylcystéine et de la S-carboxyméthylcystéine, de formule (I) dans laquelle R=H, COC2H5, COOCH2-CCL3 et R' = S-CH2-CH(NHCOCH3)-COOH, -NH-CH(COOH)-CH2-S-CH2-COOH présentant des activités anti-inflammatoire, analgésique et antipyrétique, associées à des propriétés mucolytiques.
