Abstract

Un nouveau dérivé de la vitamine D, à savoir la 1 alpha 25-dihydroxy-22Z- déshydrovitamine D2 (I) Ce composé qui se distingue par une aptitude extremement élevée à augmenter les taux sériques de calcium, est donc préféré pour remplacer la vitamine D ou ses métabolites dans le traitement des affections osseuses comme le rachitisme et l'ostéomalacie et dans d'autres applications connues.
