Abstract

Procédé de culture de cellules n'ayant pas de paroi, par lequel un gaz est introduit directement dans le milieu de culture (22) par une tete de barbotage (28), avec un débit suffisant pour que la concentration d'oxygène et d'anhydride carbonique reste constante dans le milieu. Les cellules sont encapsulées dans des membranes semiperméables qui les protègent contre les détériorations physiques. Application à la production de protéines et d'anticorps par des cultures cellulaires.
