Abstract
L'écran (6) est constitué par un assemblage en forme de couronne, d'éléments (8) en un matériau apte à arreter les rayonnements et particules, tels que neutrons rapides, susceptibles de s'échapper à travers l'intervalle annulaire subsistant entre la cuve (3) et l'enceinte (5) du réacteur (2). Les éléments (8) présentant des épaulements parallélépipédiques grace auxquels chaque élément (8) chevauche l'élément suivant.
