Abstract
Procédé pour faire baisser la teneur en hydrocarbures des gaz dégagés pendant le frittage de fines particules contenant du fer en présence d'une matière carbonée, suivant lequel on met le mélange des fines particules contenant du fer et de la matière carbonée en contact avec une quantité efficace d'un catalyseur d'oxydation des hydrocarbures et on chauffe le mélange résultant en atmosphère oxygénée à une température suffisante pour bruler la matière carbonée et fritter les fines particules.
