Abstract
Circuit pour l'ouverture auto-commutée de dispositifs de puissance bloqués du type transistor/redresseur à grille isolée, qui controle la tension de commande de grille et un paramètre lié au courant de charge (par exemple la tension collecteur/anode) d'un dispositif de commutation de puissance reliant une charge à une alimentation. Des signaux logiques apparaissent à la sortie d'une comparateur indiquant si le dispositif de commutation s'est bloqué ou s'est ouvert normalement en réponse à l'arret de la commande de grille. Chaque fois qu'un état de blocage est détecté, le circuit fournissant un signal cyclique de commande de grille est validé.
