Abstract

Mélange pour porridge à base de riz instantané sec que l'on peut reconstituter dans du lait en vue de sa préparation. Ce produit se prépare en mélangeant du riz instantané à un agent épaississant, des solides de lait secs et un pyrophosphate de métal alcalin. Le mélange pour porridge peut également etre reconstitué dans de l'eau en vue de sa consommation par l'addition de solides de lait secs.
