Abstract

Assemblage combustible nucléaire, utilisable dans un réacteur à eau sous pression, dans lequel des barres de combustible de l'assemblage sont disposées de manière que leur zone d'accumulation de gaz de fission se situe à la partie supérieure de cet assemblage, tandis que des barres de combustible alternées sont disposées avec leur zone d'accumulation de gaz de fission à la base de l'assemblage, toutes les barres de combustible alternées sont disposées avec leur zone d'accumulation de gaz de fission à la base de l'assemblage, toutes les barres de combustible étant de préférence d'une meme étendue axiale, une zone de couche fertile axiale pouvant etre formée en prévoyant pour la zone de combustible de chaque barre une petite zone d'uranium naturel ou appauvri dans une partie de la zone d'accumulation de gaz de fission
