Abstract

Le procédé de traitement de déchets solides hydratés radioactifs ou contaminés par radioactivité, avec un important volume vide, d'une part, et de sels radioactifs ou contaminés par radioactivité provenant de concentrés d'évaporateur contenant de l'eau, d'autre part, en vue de leur stockage définitif dans des récipients, consiste en ce que les déchets solides sont introduits dans la chambre de réception d'un récipient de stockage définitif où ils sont chauffés et déshydratés sous vide. Ensuite, le concentré d'évaporateur est amené, sous forme fluide, dans ladite chambre encore sous vide. Un deuxième chauffage est effectué avec élimination de l'eau du concentré.
