Abstract
Procédé de préparation de sels d'héparine de pureté pharmacopéique, de préférence d'héparinate de calcium, dans lequel on procède par formation d'un complexe héparine-amine quaternaire, purification et dissolution de ce complexe i) dans une solution aqueuse d'un sel contenant le cation de l'héparinate à préparer, ou ii) dans un solvant organique non miscible ou peu miscible à l'eau, et addition à la solution obtenue d'une solution aqueuse d'un sel contenant le cation de l'héparinate à préparer, attente de la séparation des deux phases et séparation des phases l'une de l'autre et si on le désire, purification de la solution obtenue et précipitation de l'héparinate désiré par addition d'un solvant miscible à l'eau.
