Abstract

Procédé de préparation d'une forme granulaire à libération retardée d'une substance pharmaceutiquement active, ou de leurs mélanges, où l'on enrobe une substance pharmaceutiquement active granulée ou cristalline, ou leurs mélanges, avec un mélange de matières enrobantes constitué essentiellement d'un mélange homogène d'un (méthyl+éthyl) ester de l'acide poly(H + méth)-acrylique qui est insoluble mais dispersable dans l'eau et d'une éthyl-cellulose qui est insoluble mais dispersable dans l'eau dans un rapport pondéral de 20:1 à 1:5, caractérisé en ce qu'on chauffe les granules enrobés pendant au moins 5 minutes à des températures élevées allant de 50 degrés à 12 degrés C ainsi que la forme granulaire obtenue.
