Abstract
Методът за получаване на костен заместител, по-специално от Мадрепорови корали от родовете Acropora, Pocillopora, Porites и Fungia, намира приложениев хирургията за лицево-челюстни и ортопедични костно-възстановителни операции. По метода Мадрепоровите корали се поставят в 8-12%-ен разтвор на натриев хипохлорид при стайна температура за 36 до 40 h, след което се промиват с дейонизирана вода, третират се с ултразвук в ултразвукова баня за 20-40 min при температура от 40 до 600С, промиват се отново с дейонизирана вода до пълното отстраняване на органичната материя и органичните примеси и се подсушават в термостат. Обработените корали се раздробяват до гранули и се сортират, като преди имплантирането костният заместител се стерилизира.
