Abstract
The method is used for the preparation of bone substitutewhich can be used in maxillofacial and orthopaedic ostealrestoration intervantions. By the method madreporic corals areplaced in 8-12% - solution of sodium hypochloride after which theyare washed in deionized water, treated by ultrasound, are washedagain with deionized water until the complete elimination of theorganic matter and any mechanical impurities and are dried inthermostat. The treated corals are crushed to granules and aresorted, and before the implanation the osteal substitute issterilized in a dry sterilizer or in autoclave.7 claims
