Abstract
Изобретението се отнася до полиморфни форми на съединението N-[1(R)-[(1,2-дихидро-1-метансулфонилспиро[3Н-индол-3,4'-пипердин]-1'-ил)карбонил]-2-(фенилметилокси)етил]-2-амино-2-метил-пропанамид метансулфонат. То е секретагог на растежен хормон и е полезно при хранене на животни за ускоряване на растежа им, като по този начин се повишава ефективността при производството на хранителни месни продукти. При хора се използва за третиране на физиологични или медицински състояния, характеризиращи се с намалена секреция на растежен хормон, и на медицински състояния, които се подобряват от анаболни ефекти на растежен хормон. Моментните полиморфни форми имат предимство пред други познати форми на N-[1(R)-[(1,2-дихидро-1-метансулфонилспиро [3Н-индол-3,4'-пипердин]-1'-ил)карбонил]-2-(фенилметокси)етил]-2-амино-2-метил-пропанамид метансулфонат по отношение на термодинамична стабилност и с това, че саподходящи за включване във фармацевтични формулировки.
