Abstract

Вентилаторната лопатка е предназначена за прикрепване към главината на ротори на вентилатори, използвани в химическата индустрия. Конструкцията й е технологично облекчена и олекотена, повишена е издръжливостта й при високи скорости на вентилатора, като са избегнати счупванията в основата й, в близост до болтовата връзка. Вентилаторната лопатка е изработена от композитен материал от влакнесто усилена пластмаса с основа, която включва усилващ елемент и метална част. Основата е оформена във вид напръстен (3), снабден със средства (7) за закрепване към главината. В пръстена (3) е изработен отвор(4), който в напречното си сечение има повърхнина, увеличаваща се в направление навън от вентилаторната лопатка (1). Усилващият елемент (5) е монтиран в отвора (4) на металния пръстен (3), където композитният материал (6) е разпрострян така, че усилващите влакна в основата на вентилаторната лопатка(1) са разположени между усилващия елемент (5) и стената на отвора (4) на металния пръстен (3), като са ориентирани по същество успоредно на техните повърхнини.
