Abstract

Утаеният абразивен силициев двуокис е приложим в състави на пасти за зъби и има следните показатели: относителна повърхност ВЕТ от 15 до 300 m2/g, маслопоглъщане DOP от 40 до 160 ml/g, среден диаметър на частиците поне 10 m, обикновено от 12 до 30m, коефициент на сцепление на частиците около 85%за среден диаметър на частицата от 12 до 20 m. По метода силикат на алкален метал реагира с подкиселяващ агент до получаване на утайка от силициев двуокис за твърдо/течно разделяне и евентуално сушене на получената суспензия силициев двуокис. Утайката се получава, като се приготвя първоначална изходна среда, състояща се от вода, електролитна сол от групата на алкалните или алкалоземните метали иевентуално един киселинно-основен агент. След това се внасят силикат и подкиселяващ агент, като рН на реакционната среда остава постоянно от 4 до 7, и по-специално от 5,8 до 6,7. В даден случай реакционната среда се подкиселява до получаване на утайка на силициев двуокис с рН под 6, по-специално 4.
