Abstract

Изобретението се отнася до метод за получаване наароматни амини чрез каталитично хидрогениране на съответни ароматни нитросъединения в газова фаза върху неподвижни катализатори. Последните съдържат един или повече метали от групите VIIIa, Ib, IIb, IVa, Va, VIa, IVb и Vb на периодичната система на химичните елементи върху керамична подложка, коятоима ВЕТ специфична повърхност по-малка от 40 m2/g, при моларно съотношение на водорода спрямо нитрогрупата или нитрогрупите от 3:1 до 30:1 и температура в слоя на катализатора от 180 до 5000С. Натоварването на катализатора с ароматните нитросъединения се повишава непрекъснато или на етапи от 0,01-0,5 до 0,7-5,0 kg/l x h. Максималното натоварване се постига в рамките на 10 до 1000 h. Методът може да се осъществи в промишлен мащаб. С него се повишава добивът по отношение на показателите пространство/време и се подобрява продуктивността на използваните катализатори.
