Abstract
Методът и контейнерът намират приложение в опаковъчната индустрия за обработка и формоване на пластмаси, по-специално за производство на опаковки, изработени от вещества в пластично състояние, предназначени за съхранение и транспортиране на насипни материали. Методът се осъществява с минимум операции, при по-малко разходи, с ниско ниво на отпадъкаи при повишена производителност. По метода се оформя отвор за изравняване на налягането, който можеда се приспособи за присъединяване на помпа или разпръсквател. Контейнерът (1) с отвор се изработвас твърд външен контейнер (2) и вътрешна торба (3)от различни по вид термопластични пластмаси, несвързващи се помежду си. Оформя се отвор за изравняване на налягането (10) във външния контейнер (2), предварително се формоват две коаксиални тръби с достатъчна дължина. Формоването се осъществява чрезкоекструзия между отворените половини на форма заформоване чрез раздухване (бласформа), която впоследствие се затваря. В същото време се оформя стърчащ навън шев (5) на дъното (4) и излишният материал в този участък се пресова навън така, че материалът на контейнера (2), контактуващ с участъка на шева (5), едновременно с това се заварява. Тръбата, която оформя торбата (3), се затяга, фиксира се аксиално и се заварява между стенните участъци на контейнера (2), като се подлага на въздействието на налягане. Стените на формования детайл прилягатотвътре по контура на бласформата.
