Abstract

Метод за получаване на сребърен катализатор, подходящ за производство на етиленов окис чрез контролирано частично окисляване в газова фаза на етилен с молекулен кислород, характеризиращ се с това, че включва следните стадии: а) импрегниране на порьозна огнеупорна подложка с течност, съдържаща сребърно съединение или сребърен комплекс чрез потапяне на подложката в течността и поддържане на подложката и течността в съприкосновение, докато течността бъде абсорбирана в порите на подложката: б) освобождаване на импрегнираната подложка от неабсорбираните остатъци от течността; в) активиране на импрегнираните частици чрез нагряване в присъствието на свободна от кислород инертна газова атмосфера до температура, при която сребърното съединение или сребърният комплекс се разлага до образуване на елементно сребро, в даден случай сребърен окис; г) отлагане по активираните частици на 4 х 10 на минус пета степен до 4 х 10 на минус трета степен грам атома за килограм катализатор на алкален метал, избран от групата, състояща се от калий, рубидий и цезий, като алкалният метал е под формата на сол. Патентните претенции са формулирани в 9 точки.
