Abstract
Методът намира приложение за производството на карбамидформалдехидна смола, която се използва като свързващо вещество в гетинакса, шперплата и др. При него карбамидът и формалдехидът се смесват в молно съотношение 1:2. Сместа се кондензира за 30 мин при рн от 7,0 до 7,4 и при температура между 80 и 85'с. Кондензацията продължава при рн 4,8 до 5,8 и при същата температура, докато високозността достигне 15-50 мра. Молното съотношение на карбамида спрямо формалдехида се довежда до стойност от 1:1,80 до 1:1,90 чрез добавка на карбамид. Кондензацията продължава при кисели условия при същата температура, докато вискозността достигне 35 до 80 мра. При рн от 5,8 до 6,5 молното съотношение на карбамида спрямо формалдехида се наглася до стойност между 1,0:1,0 и 1,0:1,30 чрез добавка на карбамид. Температурата се оставя да се понижи, а когато се понижи под 50'с, рн се довежда до стой ност от 7,0 до 8,0. 3 претенции
