Abstract
Методът намира приложение във фармацевтичната промишленост и осигурява изолиране в чист вид по опростен начин на d-аминокиселинна оксидаза, която проявява специфична активност спрямо цефалоспорин с. По метода суров екстракт от клетки на тrigоnорsis vаriавilis се подкислява и нагрява до получаване на утайка и супернатантна фракция, получената супернатантна фракция се обработва с амониев сулфат до получаване на втора утайка, която съдържа d-аминокиселинната оксидаза. Втората утайка се суспендира отново и d-аминокиселинната оксидаза се събира чрез изоелектрично утаяване. 22 претенции
