Abstract

Методът се прилага във ветеринарната медицина за производство на противопаразитни средства. С него се намаляват броят и сложността на продуктите, опростяват се процедурите за разделяне и получаване на авермектини с висока чистота. Методът включва аеробна ферментация на маща sтrертомyсеs аvеrмiтilis, който не проявява дехидрогеназна активност на 2-оксо киселина с разклонена верига или трансаминазна активност на аминокиселина с разклонена верига или и двете активности, във водна хранителна среда, съдържаща асимилиращ източник на азот, въглерод и неорганични соли, и киселина с обща формула r-соон или съединение с обща формула r-(сн2)n-z, което може да се трансформира в киселината с обща формула r-соон, в която r означава -разклонен с3-8 алкил, алкенил, алкинил, алкоксиалкил или алкилтиоалкилна групи; групата с5-8 циклоалкилалкил, в която алкилната част е -разклонен с2-5 алкил; с3-8 циклоалкил или с5-8 циклоалкенил, всеки от които незадължително може да бъде заместен от метилен или една или повече с1-4 алкилни групи или халогенни атоми; или от 3 до 6-членен кислородили серосъдържащ хетероциклен пръстен, който може да бъде наситен, или напълно или частично ненаситен, и който може да бъде заместен с една или повече с1-4 алкилни групи или халогенни атоми; n е 0,2,4 или 6; и z означава -сн2он, -сно, -сооr5, -сн2nн2 или -соnнr6, където r5 означава н или (с1-6) алкил; r6 означава водород, (с1-4) алкил, -сн(соон)сн2соон, -сн(соон) (сн2)2соон или -сн(соон)(сн2)2 sсн3 или когато щамът sтrертомyсеs аvеrмiтilis не проявява само трансаминазната активност, което може да се трансформира в киселината с обща формула r-соон е r-со-z. 3 претенции
