Abstract
Инструментът намира приложение в машиностроенето за прорязване на отвори в заготовки. С него се осигурява повишена точност и гладкост на обработвания отвор, като освен това има и възможност за работа с по-голямо натоварване. Инструментът се състои от цилиндрично стебло /12/, снабдено в долния си край с множество зъби /16/ и канали //18/, разположени равномерно по периферията му. Разстоянието от вертикалната линия до линията на пресичане на вътрешната периферия със задната повърхнина на всяко междузъбие е по-малко от 1,016 мм. В стеблото /12/ на инструмента /10/, по оста му, е разположен канал за охлаждаща течност /54/. Пространството /50/ между вътрешната периферия на зъба и централната част на материала е оформено като канал, простиращ се от вътрешната страна на всеки зъб /16/ радиално назад към следващото го междузъбие /28, 30/.
