Abstract
Методът е приложим за производството на трансформатори и други електрически съоръжения. Получената стомана има подобрена проницаемост и повишени магнитни свойства. Методът се реализира, като след предварителна обработка, завършваща със студено валцуване, тънколистната стомана се подлага на продължителна декарбонизация. Декарбонизираният и обработен стоманен лист се покрива със състав на закалителен сепаратор, охлажда се покритият и изсушен на макари стоманен лист, като тези макари се подлагат на закалителна обработка при висока температура в камбанени пещи, за да се отстранят от стоманената лента някои компоненти, които оказват вредно въздействие върху нейната повърхност. Дисперсионната среда се състои от технически чист етилов алкохол и вода, към която се добавят алдехиди или кетони, а листът стомана се прекарва между електродите на симетричната плоскост на двойка електроди, а въздушният поток се нагрява до температура, по-ниска от 1000с. 6 претенции, 1 фигура
