Abstract

Методът намира приложение в млекопреработвателната промишленост. С него се произвежда сирене напълно автоматично в промишлени мащаби, като готовият продукт има желаната структура. Първоначално млякото се концентрира до сухо вещество, съответстващо на сухото вещество на сиренето.
