Abstract
Методът намира приложение в млекопреработвателната промишленост. С него се произвежда сирене напълно автоматично в промишлени мащаби, като готовият продукт има желаната структура. Първоначално млякото се концентрира до сухо вещество, съответстващо на сухото вещество на сиренето. Следва добавяне на необходимите за получаване на готовия продукт компоненти и дозиране на получената смес в потребителски опаковки, в които млякото коагулира, а сиренето се формира и зрее. 6 претенции, 1 фигура
