Abstract
Patente de Invenção: <B>"SISTEMA DE TRANSFERêNCIA DE LENTE DE CONTATO E DE REMOçãO DE MATERIAL''<D>. Processo e aparelho para transferir um objeto úmido, tal como uma lente de contato, a partir de uma primeira estação para uma segunda estação, que inclui uma sonda tendo um barril com uma passagem para comunicação com uma fonte de vácuo e uma fonte de gás pressurizado, um bocal na extremidade da passagem, e uma coifa em torno do bocal em comunicação com uma fonte de vácuo. O barril é movido em uma primeira direção para colocar o bocal adjacente ao objeto na primeira estação e o vácuo originário do bocal conecta o objeto ao bocal. O movimento do barril em uma segunda direção remove o bocal com o objeto conectado da primeira estação. A sonda é movida para a segunda estação com o objeto conectado. O barril é movido na primeira direção para colocar o objeto na segunda estação, o vácuo é removido do bocal e o gás pressurizado é aplicado através da passagem do barril para remover o objeto do bocal e depositá-lo na segunda estação e, simultaneamente, desprender a substância do objeto. O vácuo será aplicado à coifa, quando a sonda estiver na segunda estação, de modo que a coifa colete a substância desprendida do objeto pelo gás comprimido.
