Abstract

''PROCESSO PARA FORMAçãO DE CORPOS OCOS VULCANIZADOS E OS CORPOS OCOS ASSIM OBTIDOS''. No interior de moldes aquecidos, corpos ocos são formados por vulcanização, corpos estes compostos por elementos de borracha natural ou sintética e/ou elastómeros tratados, possivelmente associados com diferentes materiais, tais como couro, pele, algodão, metais, borrachas expandidas e outros, combinados entre si. Um fluido pressurizado, tal como ar quente ou frio, vapor ou gás compatível, é injetado entre ditos corpos ocos em formação. Durante a vulcanização, os componentes, acoplados hermeticamente entre si ao longo de pelo menos uma linha comum de contato e vedação, são impulsionados e mantidos em adesão de formação contra as superfícies do molde por meio do fluido pressurizado.
