Abstract

Patente de Invenção: <B>"PROCESSO PARA O PREPARO CONTìNUO DE PóS DE BORRACHA E UM DISPOSITIVO PARA REALIZAR O PROCESSO"<D>. Processos para o preparo contínuo de pós de borracha contendo enchedor, em que uma suspensão de enchedor e látex de borracha são misturados na fase líquida. A mistura líquida é passada através de um tubo, pelo menos um coagulante é adicionado ao tubo e as partículas de borracha contendo enchedor são precipitadas. A mistura líquida é passada através de pelo menos um ponto de estrangulamento de seção transversal de estrangulamento variável proporcionada no tubo. A seção transversal de estrangulamento é ajustada, contanto que a queda na pressão na mistura líquida obtida com o ponto de estrangulamento seja maior do que 0,5 bária.
