Abstract
"BACTéRIA PERTENCENDO AO GêNERO ESCHERICHIA, E, PROCESSO PARA PRODUZIR L-AMINOáCIDO" L-aminoácido como L-treonina e L-ácido glutâmico é produzido por cultivo de uma bactéria pertencendo ao gênero Escherichia que é transformada com gene codificando para piruvato carboxilase e tem produtividade de L-aminoácido produzido e acumulando L-aminoácido no meio e coletando o L-aminoácido do meio.
