Abstract

"PRETENSIONADOR INTEGRADO COM DISPOSITIVO DE CONTRAçãO DE CINTO DE LONA TRANçADA". é previsto um pretensionador que, como um todo, pode ser fabricado em tamanho menor. Um pretensionador do tipo de cremalheira e pinhão é disposto do lado de fora de uma segunda chapa de perna 18 de um dispositivo de contração de cinto 10. O mecanismo de acionamento do pretensionador inclui, como componentes principais, um pistão 116, formado como uma barra de cremalheira e um pinhão 102. O pinhão 102 inclui uma parte dentada 104 e uma embreagem 106, sendo conectado diretamente a um eixo de enrolamento. Conseq³entemente, quando comparado com um sistema convencional, no qual as engrenagens intermediárias são dispostas entre o pinhão 102 e a barra da cremalheira, o pretensionador pode, como um todo, ser fabricado em tamanho menor, em ambos os sentidos radial e axial dele.
