Abstract

"CONJUNTO DE INJETOR PARA MOLDAGEM A INJEçãO, EQUIPAMENTO DE MOLDAGEM POR INJEçãO E SISTEMA DE INJETORES PARA UM EQUIPAMENTO DE MOLDAGEM POR INJEçãO". Compreendendo um aparelho de moldagem com vedação por bocal removível (110) aparafusada na parte externa dianteira (76) de um bocal aquecido (12) . Uma luva de montagem (98) com uma superfície externa rosqueada (104) está totalmente montada em volta da extremidade dianteira (76) de um bocal aquecido (12). A vedação do bocal (110) possui uma porção retentora (118) com uma superfície interna rosqueada (120) a ser aparafusada em uma luva de montagem (98) estendendo-se para trás a partir da porção central da porca (112). Uma porção de flange de alinhamento e vedação (122) estende-se para a frente da porção central da porca (112) e se encaixa em uma porção cilindrica (124) de um receptáculo (14) em um molde (18) para alinhar com precisão a extremidade dianteira (76) do bocal (12) e o molde resfriado e impedir vazamento de material fundido entre o bocal aquecido (12) e o molde resfriado circundante (18).
