Abstract

"COMPOSIçãO CONTENDO MATERIAL DE COURO MOìDO PARA PREPARAçãO DE ARTIGOS MOLDADOS E MéTODOS PARA PREPARAçãO E USO DOS DITOS ARTIGOS MOLDADOS". A presente invenção se refere a uma composição que contém couro e/ou partículas de borracha, materiais ligantes e amaciantes. A composição é caracterizada pelas propriedades do couro natural, que é favorável à absorção de umidade, liberação de umidade, retenção de umidade e um comportamento flexível e de longo uso, ao mesmo tempo em que é de fácil processamento para preparação de artigos moldados. A composição é processada para produção de artigos moldados, por meio de: (a) mistura do material ligante com o agente amaciante e o couro e/ou partículas de borracha; (b) transferência da mistura para um molde que é preaquecido a 120-160<198>C; (c) tratamento térmico da mistura no molde durante 3-20 minutos a uma temperatura máxima de 160<198>C; e (d) resfriamento e remoção do artigo moldado do molde. Os artigos moldados são de utilidade como componentes para produção de calçados e como elementos absorventes de som, adequados para indústria de construção e indústria automobilística.
