Abstract
"MéTODO PARA FORMAR MOLDES, NúCLEO PARA MOLDAR METAL E MISTURA DE MATERIAL AGREGADO PARA FORMAR MOLDES". As presentes invenções fornecem um método de formar moldes e um núcleo o qual gera nenhum gás com efeitos ruins em corpos humanos enquanto que os aglutinantes são aquecidos. Em particular, as presentes invenções fornecem um método de formar moldes e um núcleo que compreende uma mistura de material agregado que consiste de materiais agregados granulares, segundo os quais aglutinantes aquosos e água são espumados com agitação, carregados em um espaço para formar moldes, e aglutinados com um componente de água evaporando. Em uma modalidade, moldes podem ser ainda curados adicionado agentes de reticulação antes e após eles serem removidos do espaço de formar. Ainda, uma mistura de material agregado para formar moldes usada para o método de formar moldes das presentes invenções é fornecida.
