Abstract
Patente de Invenção: "ANTICORPO ISOZIMA ADENILATO CINASE MITOCONDRIAL ANTI - HUMANA, FORMULAçãO DIAGNóSTICA E KIT DIAGNóSTICO PARA DOENçA CARDìACA". A presente invenção refere-se a uma formulação imunológica e um kit diagnóstico para doença cardíaca usando isozimas adenilato cinase mitoncondrial humana. A presente invenção provê uma formulação imunológica e um kit diagnóstico para doença cardíaca, que são caracterizados pelo uso de isozimas adenilato cinase mitocondrial que existem em uma célula miocardíaca entre células de músculo, mas não em uma célula muscular de esqueleto, como um marcador diagnóstico para doenças cardíacas e que permitem diagnóstico mais correto e fácil de doença cardíaca.
