Abstract
"MéTODOS DE FABRICAçãO DE REVESTIMENTOS DE BAIXO NìVEL DE NéVOA E OS REVESTIMENTOS E ARTIGOS REVESTIDOS FABRICADOS DESSE MODO". Um revestimento de acordo com a invenção tem uma primeira camada substancialmente cristalina com uma segunda camada substancialmente cristalina provida sobre a primeira camada. Proveu-se uma camada interruptora, entre a primeira e segunda camadas, configurada para prevenir ou pelo menos reduzir o crescimento epitaxial da segunda camada sobre a primeira camada. Pode-se prover uma camada de supressão de cor abaixo da primeira camada. Pode-se prover o revestimento sobre um substrato para fazer um artigo revestido. Um método para revestir um substrato inclui depositar uma primeira camada substancialmente cristalina sobre pelo menos uma parte do substrato e depositar uma camada interruptora sobre a primeira camada.
