Abstract

"MéTODO DE ESTERILIZAR UMA OU MAIS SEMENTES RADIOATIVAS, E, PRODUTO". Sementes radioativas, particularmente sementes de radioiodo I-125, são esterilizadas ao serem submetidas ao calor seco em temperatura de pelo menos 140<198>C, preferivelmente 150-200<198>C. Recipiente que tem sementes soltas estéreis radioativas nesse particular é divulgado. O recipiente é preferivelmente de vidro com rótulo e fechamento de silicone removível termo-resistente.
