Abstract
"'MéTODO PARA LIXIVIAçãO DE MATéRIA SóLIDA A PARTIR DE UMA PASTA FLUIDA". A presente invenção se refere a um método para lixiviação de matéria sólida a partir de uma pasta fluida, tendo a ajuda de um gás contendo oxigênio, em que a matéria sólida da pasta fluida é recirculada em um reator de grande altura, equipado com um tubo central no centro do reator e um misturador de dupla ação localizado na vizinhança da borda inferior do tubo central. Assim, é formado um fluxo com a ajuda do misturador que promove a sucção da pasta fluida do tubo central descendentemente, e um gás a ser conduzido na pasta fluida na parte de base do reator é disperso na forma de pequenas bolhas dentro da pasta fluida, externamente ao tubo central e a direção do fluxo da pasta fluida é tornada ascendente no envoltório externo ao reator.
