"COIFA DE PROTEçãO PARA UMA UNIDADE DE PISTãO-CILINDRO DE UM FREIO A DISCO". Uma coifa flexível (100), para proteção de uma unidade de pistão-cilindro de um freio a disco, incluindo um pistão (10), que pode deslizar em um cilindro, de modo a atuar sobre a pastilha de freio, a coifa flexível tendo uma superfície (103), que compreende uma porção, a qual pode se voltar para uma parede da pastilha. A coifa flexível (100) é caracterizada pelo fato de compreender pelo menos um elemento espaçador (105), o qual está associado à superfície e tem por finalidade entrar em contato com a parede da pastilha, de modo a manter a referida porção da superfície espaçada da parede da pastilha.
