Abstract

"COMPOSIçõES INCLUINDO MODAFINILA PARA TRATAMENTO DA DESORDEM DA HIPERATIVIDADE COM DéFICIT DE ATENçãO E FADIGA POR ESCLEROSE MúLTIPLA". Modafinil é efetivo no melhoramento dos sintomas da desordem da hiperatividade com déficit de atenção e sintomas de fadiga por esclerose múltipla. A administração de modafinil é também mostrada para ativar os neurónios tuberomamilares do hipotálamo posterior e, assim, apresentar atividade em uma área do cérebro associada às funções normais durante a insónia.
