Abstract
"BICO PULVERIZADOR PARA APLICAçãO EM UMA UNIDADE DE CRAQUEAMENTO CATALìTICO FLUIDO, UNIDADE DE CRAQUEAMENTO CATALìTICO FLUIDO, USO DE UMA UNIDADE DE CRAQUEAMENTO CATALìTICO FLUIDO E PROCESSO DE INJETAR ALIMENTAçãO EM UMA UNIDADE DE CRAQUEAMENTO CATALìTICO FLUIDO". Um bico pulverizador para aplicação em uma unidade de craqueamento catalítico fluido que compreende: um primeiro conduto para proporcionar uma passagem para habilitar um primeiro gás dispersor a passar através da mesma; um primeiro capacete cobrindo a extremidade do primeiro conduto, o primeiro capacete incluindo pelo menos uma passagem de saída atravessante adaptada para descarregar o primeiro gás dispersor em um material de alimentação de hidrocarboneto líquido; um segundo conduto encerrando o primeiro conduto e espaçado do mesmo para formar u m espaço anular entre eles desse modo proporcionando uma passagem para habilitar o fluxo do material de alimentação de hidrocarboneto líquido através da mesma; um segundo capacete cobrindo a extremidade do segundo conduto, o segundo capacete sendo espaçado do primeiro capacete desse modo formando uma zona de misturamento entre eles para misturar a alimentação de hidrocarboneto líquido e o primeiro gás dispersor e o segundo capacete incluindo pelo menos uma fenda circular como passagem de saída através do mesmo, cuja passagem está substancialmente alinhada com a passagem de saída no primeiro capacete e é adaptada para descarregar a mistura de alimentação de hidrocarboneto líquido e o dito primeiro gás dispersor.
