Abstract

Patente de Invenção: "SEQuêNCIAS REGULADORAS DE PLANTAS PARA CONTROLE SELETIVO DE EXPRESSãO DE GENE". A presente invenção refere-se às seq³ências de ácidos nucléicos para regular expressão de gene em plantas. Em particular, a invenção refere-se às seq³ências reguladoras 5' que são úteis para regular a expressão de DNAs heterólogos em plantas e métodos para identificar múltiplas seq³ências reguladoras 5' que conferem um perfil de expressão particular quando operavelmente ligadas às seq³ências de DNA. A invenção também refere-se aos vetores de expressão contendo sequências reguladoras 5' e às plantas transgênicas contendo os vetores de expressão.
