Abstract
"UTILIZAçãO COMO ADITIVO EXTREMA-PRESSãO EMPREGADO NOS LUBRIFICANTES AQUOSOS PARA A DEFORMAçãO OU A TRANSFORMAçãO DE METAIS, EM CRISTALITOS LAMELARES". A presente invenção tem por objeto a utilização como aditivos extrema-pressão empregados nos lubrificantes aquosos empregados para a deformação ou a transformação de metais, cristalitos lamelares de comprimento (L) compreendido entre 0,1 e 100 <109>m, largura (I) compreendida entre 0,5 e 30 <109>m e espessura (e) compreendida entre 5 e 200 nm, compreendendo um empilhamento de fases orgânicas (O) e de soluções aquosas (A) de acordo com o encadeamento O/[A/O]n, n sendo um número inteiro diferente de 0 e tal como o empilhamento apresenta um espessura de 5 200 nm, as fases orgânicas compreendendo: i) pelo menos um ácido escolhido dentre: os ácidos carboxílicos, saturados ou não, compreendendo pelo menos 5 átomos de carbono, os ésteres fosfatos ácidos de fórmula (RO)~ x~ - P(=O)(OH)~ x'~, fórmula na qual R é um radical hidrocarboneto, eventualmente polialcoxilado, x e x' sendo iguais a 1 ou 2, com a condição de que a soma de x e x' seja igual a 3, o referido ácido sendo eventualmente neutralizado por uma base orgânica ou mineral; e pelo menos um metal sob forma de um lon multivalente; ou ii) pelo menos um polímero em bloco polioxialquilenado possuindo um ponto de turvação preferivelmente compreendido entre 30 e 90<198>C. A invenção refere-se igualmente aos referidos cristalitos lamelares bem como à sua obtenção.
