Abstract

Patente de Invenção: "MéTODO PARA SINTETIZAçãO DO áCIDO NUCLéICO". A presente invenção refere-se a um oligonucleotídeo tendo uma nova estrutura e um método de sintetização de ácido nucléico empregando-se o mesmo como um iniciador. Este oligonucleotídeo é fornecido no lado 5' do iniciador com uma seq³ência de nucleotídeo substancialmente a mesma como a região sintetizada com este iniciador como a origem de síntese. A presente invenção realiza a síntese de ácido nucléico com base em uma reação isotérmica com uma constituição simples de reagentes. Além disso, a presente invenção fornece um método de sintetização de ácido nucléico altamente específico nas bases deste método de sintetização de ácido nucléico.
