A presente invenção trata de novos compostos bicíclicos que apresentam como fórmula geral (1): bem como de seu método de preparação, e de sua utilização em composições farmacêuticas destinadas a serem usadas em medicina humana ou veterinária (em dermatologia, em cancerologia, bem como no campo das doenças autoimunes e no do transplante de órgãos e tecidos em particular), ou ainda em composições cosméticas.
