Abstract

"MéTODO E DISPOSITIVO PARA ACONDICIONAMENTO DE UM SóLIDO EM UM RECIPIENTE, TAL COMO GARRAFA". Um elemento em forma de sino (1) é colocado em uma posição vedada, pelo que ele assenta contra uma parede externa do recipiente (9b) que está cheio de comodidades sólidas (49), de modo a criar um vácuo parcial na área interna (11) de referido elemento em forma de sino, e na área gasosa do recipiente. Uma armadura de vedação (17) coloca subseq³entemente uma capa de vedação (16) no topo da abertura (12) do recipiente. Quando o vácuo e criado, um elemento de limpeza (32) assenta contra a borda livre (28) da abertura (12) do recipiente em uma posição que é vedada por meio de um revestimento (36). Referido elemento de limpeza (32) compreende uma peneira (34) que retém materiais sólidos dentro do recipiente durante sucção. O elemento de limpeza (32) se retrai subseq³entemente em um plano de si próprio, esfregando a extremidade livre (28) da abertura (12), de modo a remover fragmentos e partículas sólidas que podem impedir a abertura (16) de ser vedada de uma maneira desejada. A invenção pode ser usada para acondicionamento á vácuo de comodidades sólidas, tais como grão, folhas, frutas, etc.
