Abstract

"PRODUçãO DE Pó DE T‰NTALO OU NIóBIO CONTENDO NITROGêNIO E CAPACITOR ELETROLìTICO SóLIDO". Para prover pó metálico contendo nitrogênio em alta produtividade, o qual compreende um metal tal como nióbio ou tântalo contendo nitrogênio uniformemente, e permitir a produção de um eletrodo anodo que tenha alta capacitância específica e baixa fuga de corrente e que exiba excelente segurança por um período de tempo prolongado, é provido um pó metálico contendo nitrogênio que é uma solução sólida contendo 50-20.000 ppm de nitrogênio, onde o metal que constitui o pó metálico é nióbio ou tântalo. O pó metálico contendo nitrogênio é produzido através do procedimento onde enquanto um composto metálico é reduzido com um agente de redução, um gás contendo nitrogênio é introduzido em um sistema de reação para desse modo formar metal, e simultaneamente nitrogênio é incorporado ao metal. Um corpo sinterizado poroso compreendendo o pó metálico contendo nitrogênio e um capacitor eletrolítico sólido compreendendo o pó têm baixa fuga de corrente e exibem excelente segurança por um período de tempo prolongado.
