Abstract

"MéTODO PARA PROVER CARTUCHOS DE JATO DE TINTA COM UMA ESTRUTURA DE CORPO UNIVERSAL; E CARTUCHO DE IMPRESSORA A JATO DE TINTA". Um corpo de cartucho universal de jato de tinta com múltiplos reservatórios de tinta que podem ser usados para aplicações de cor única ou de múltiplas cores. O encaminhamento do fluxo de tinta é realizado meramente mudando a estrutura de vedação do cabeçote de impressão com o corpo, a qual pode ser um padrão adesivo. isto permite todas as tintas dos reservatórios serem misturadas no cabeçote para uma configuração de cartucho, ou as respectivas tintas podem ser dirigidas a partes diferentes do cabeçote de impressão para uma aplicação de múltiplas cores. A mesma estrutura de corpo de cartucho pode ser usada para duas ou mais configurações de cartucho. Uma estrutura de peça de ponta define múltiplos canais de tintas levando dos respectivos reservatórios de tinta até uma região de montagem do cabeçote de impressão. A estrutura de vedação é aplicada para montar o cabeçote de impressão a peça de ponta e para completar o encaminhamento da trajetória de tinta dos reservatórios até a (s) série (s) de bicos de cabeçote de impressão.
