Abstract
"SISTEMA DE REDE DE FABRICAçãO". Um sistema de rede de fabricação compreende pelo menos um computador principal e pelo menos um computador de rede (servidor de rede) conectado ao mesmo para gerenciamento de rede. Tal servidor de rede é conectado com uma sede de dispositivos de controle local na área de linhas de montagem, centrais de trabalho, ou algo similar. Os dispositivos de controle local são associados aos dispositivos de campo, tais como iniciadores, ativadores, módulos de controle de parafuso, ou algo similar, dos quais os dispositivos de trabalho correspondentes são controláveis e/ou ativáveis ao longo de linhas de montagem, nas centrais de trabalho, ou algo similar. O servidor de rede é provido de uma série de módulos e/ou é conectado com módulos de software no sistema de rede de fabricação com o objetivo de aquisição de dados, gerenciamento e/ou avaliação. A invenção provê um sistema de rede de fabricação que facilita a coleta, a armazenagem e a avaliação de dados de vários modos, e que permite consultas em quase qualquer ponto do sistema de rede.
