Abstract
"VELA DE IGNIçãO". A presente invenção refere-se à vela de ignição utilizada para ignição de motores de combustão interna como motor de automóvel, etc. No estado da técnica ela apresenta ordinariamente isolador (2) constituído de cerâmica à base de alumina, ete., inserido na parte interna do castelo metálico (1), onde é fixado o eletrodo de terra (4), e na parte interna do dito isolador (2) está instalado o eletrodo central (3). Para evitar o fenómeno de descarga disruptiva, flash over, apresenta a superfície do isolador provida da camada de vitrificante (2d), que contém em sua composição o Pb, e mantém superfície do isolador lisa, livre de incrustações inconvenientes, impede ataque químico e resistência mecânica e ainda, coadjuva como protetor do fundo (2m) onde imprime identificação do fabricante, logotipo ou có, digo da peça, formados de letras, símbolos ou outros recursos. A presente invenção com suprimento de Pb da composição do vitrificante visa oferecer uma camada de vitrificante suscetivel de ter tonalidade natural dos óxidos de metal colorido e permitir-lhe uma coloração estável dos impressos que configuram na vela de ignição.
